we ride our kids bikes like Robbie who took out best style in the mens, a snake with lines all thru the bowls, a real treat to watch t-bog airs, turndowns, tyre grabs, no handers, 540's the list goes on.......

Tom took out highest air out some bang'in pop, style for miles, was throw'in sweet dumped 3's, jamming his toe's & i hope he took that chick home who's throat he had his tonge down at the after party.......

Henry was thrown some nice whips & tabos.........

In the Kids ranks which were mostly all the locals, it sure was fun to watch & see how good so many have become, big ups to all the kids that entered. JV cleaned up with smooth tech runs, 540's, tailwhips, footjams, crazy lip spiny techness & some nice style, so JV grabbed a sweet Fly Bikes "Tierra", Monty got best transfer with his smooth a hell lines & flow, Levi got best trick with some nice clicked turndowns over the spine, Ollie was the most improved kid with no hander fly outs all over the place (he's only been riding BMX 4 3 weeks), Quass got most annoying kid haha shit he's a good kid who has these lips that flap non stop, Angelo best slam to be honest i can remember what i gave out prizes for & everyone pretty much walked away with a bit a loot from the prize pool, the way it should be!

JJ with one of his dumped to fuck 3's that got him best trick, along with a heap a stlye, some nice bar spins & massive tabo'd airs.........

Monty got best transfer, Ruben's transfer line from "DOS"...small bowl hip/pocket transfer left hard to the volcano, after a few goes an & a couple a case's he got it sweet.....

Lewis took out the mens with toe jam whips, a heap a tech tech lip tricks, big 270's, manuals to hang 5's, barspins, stunts that made me dizzy watching & air'in small tranny's big..........

Ant Scarer or Tony Shearer to some threw his bloodwolf around with this sweet 3 down to flat & a few t-bog/bar spin disasters on the rubbish bin by the mini.............Tony said he was gonna bring the Metal team along but there not here in NZ till May, Tony's been doing some rad art for Sean Burns @ Metal an will no doubt get his tattoo guns deep into the flesh of those Metal nuts when thy arrive..........digger tattoo in dunedin is were you'll find Tony downing coffee

the only thing i really tried new was a new transfer & got it 1st go. Volcano to mini platform, not bad really for not riding the park much & being the oldest dude riding hahha dirt's my thang...............

Handing JV some loot for kicking all the kids arses hahha everybody was a winner tho, do forget it, we all came together for a dam good cause.........our local park! I'm gonna thank myself "trubmx"right now cos i can for sorting/organizing all the "Tim Hales Wanaka Shredatons" the biggest buzz is seeing everyone smiling & roast'in all that concrete up in such a beautiful place, thank so much to everybody for supporting this jam & coming along! You won't burn in hell Tim will make sure a that! So after the prize giving pretty much it rained, so what else is there to do?

Everyone got on it either boozing or blaze'in as soon as we packed all the gear up, all the pints at Kai Whaka Pai went down good, eyes got irie & John cracked his frame some how so as we were all boozed it was down to the park to ghoust ride John's bike to see if we could snap the head tube off, boom, after a couple a good hefty ghoust from me John kicked the shit outa his ride & snaped it apart. Then it got well rowdy & loose at Red Rock by about 9pm ish with Chris J & J Diggah (me) spining loads a wax, scratching shit up like a dog with fleas, we skanked it, rocked it, funked shit up & got our noses to our knees till about 3 am i think hahha!

i hope ya enjoyed the photo over load from this years 2nd annual "Tim Hales Wanaka Shredaton" an it's only getting bigger & better with time, we raised a little more $$$ which will only help get us get that little bit closer to getting the extensions done at Wanaka Sk8 park. Tim was there in spirit & soul watching over us, he might not have kept the shity Wanaka wind away, but as soon as the riding was over & prize giving went down, the heavens opened up an it rained down it's tears a joy for all the fun he had! Cheers Tim you RIP for ever dude! The Ghoust rider lives on........shredsaton with the big guy up there in the sky?
